Dr. Brubaker chose the field of OB-GYN because she loves the continuity of caring for women through all ages and stages of life.  She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology through the University of Kansas in Wichita, Kansas in 2017.  Following residency, she returned to her home state of Nebraska to practice in a rural setting for two years.  After spending most of their weekends playing in Colorado, she and her husband, Todd, a pediatric hospitalist with the University of Colorado Children’s Hospital, are excited to make Colorado home.  They have two little boys.  Dr. Brubaker enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with her family hiking, skiing, biking, and running.

"My passion for the field of Ob-Gyn began in medical school when I realized it is the only specialty that uniquely combines surgery with continuity of care. Delivering babies is one of the best jobs in the world! Each delivery is exciting in its own way, no matter how many I do. I love caring for women and developing a relationship with my patients that can last from childhood and adolescence to childbearing years, menopause and beyond."
